General terms and conditions
Object
These general terms and conditions of use and sale (hereinafter "GTC") define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the use of the Site and the sale of products offered by RENOMA PARIS (hereinafter "the Seller") to any user or customer (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any order placed on the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may exist, particularly regarding colors depending on screens and lighting.
RENOMA PARIS cannot be held responsible for any non-material errors in the description of a product.
Price
The prices displayed on the Site are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
RENOMA PARIS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Delivery costs are shown before final order confirmation.
Order
The Customer declares having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing their order.
The order is validated upon confirmation of payment by the Customer.
RENOMA PARIS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to payment for a previous order.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The Customer can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or any other means of payment offered on the Site.
Payments are secured via [name of payment provider, e.g. Stripe / Shopify Payments.
Delivery
Deliveries are made to the countries indicated on the Site.
Delivery times are given as a guide and may vary depending on the destination.
RENOMA PARIS cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
Shipping costs and delivery times are specified before order confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions (article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Returned products must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error on the part of the Seller.
Refund
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, RENOMA PARIS will proceed with the refund of the product within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the return, via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.
Responsibility
The Seller cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the Site or the products.
Personal data
RENOMA PARIS is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The information collected is necessary for order management and customer relations.

Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics) are the exclusive property of RENOMA PARIS and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, use or distribution, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
